  • Provides assistance with copays, premiums, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses for essential treatments and medications.

Mark Cuban CostPlus:

  • At Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company, we offer hundreds of common (and often life-saving) medications at the lowest possible prices.

Medicare Extra Help:

  • "Extra Help" is a Medicare program to help people with limited income and resources pay Medicare drug coverage (Part D) premiums, deductibles, coinsurance, and other costs.

Needy Meds:

  • NeedyMeds is a 501(c)(3) national non-profit that connects people to programs that will help them afford their medications and other healthcare costs.

NYOH Foundation:

  • Founded by physicians, staff, and patients, the NYOH Community Cancer Foundation has been providing financial assistance to local cancer patients in the Greater Capital Region since 2000.

Pan Foundation:

  • We accelerate access to affordable, equitable healthcare through financial assistance, advocacy, and education.

The Assistance Fund:

  • Our Housing Assistance Program (HAP) enables patients and families to travel to the best cancer centers for care without worrying about lodging costs.

Flutter Express:

  • The Flutter Express offers a convenient round-trip bus service between Rensselaer, Albany, and Catskill. It travels directly to New York City and stops near Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, NYP-Weill Cornell Medical Center, and other key healthcare destinations.​​

  • HopeClub offers professionally led support groups, the full range of American Cancer Society signature programs, and social gatherings designed to maintain and foster a unique sense of community.

Joy Us Foundation:

  • The mission of Joy US Foundation is to restore Joy and Serenity in the lives of cancer patients/survivors and their families by providing access to FREE outdoor excursions.

Night Out for You:

  • A not-for-profit organization whose mission is to create an experience for an adult, undergoing cancer treatment, allowing them to remember who they are by forgetting their diagnosis for a few hours.

Patient Advocate Foundation:

  • Personalized case management remains the core of what we do for patients, yet PAF has added numerous additional support areas to assist patients with care costs and practical expenses. All services are provided individually to patients with a chronic, life-threatening, or debilitating diagnosis, and to the caregivers and providers working on behalf of a patient.

Cancer Information Service of New York:

  • The National Cancer Institute's Cancer Information Service is the foremost source of the latest, most accurate cancer information for patients, their families, the public, and health professionals.

Carelines (BMCF):

  • Donations are tax-deductible and go directly to patients for cancer treatment or transplant-related expenses, administered securely by the Bone Marrow & Cancer Foundation. Our team vets patients. You can search for someone you know or discover and support other patients and families navigating their cancer or transplant journey.

Medical Assistance Tool:

  • PhRMA’s Medicine Assistance Tool (MAT) is a search engine designed to help patients, caregivers, and health care providers learn more about the resources available through the various biopharmaceutical industry programs.

National Marrow Donor Program:

  • Provides support, information, and resources for transplant patients, caregivers, and families.

  • Financial Grants after transplant. ​​
